My Journey In Real Estate

Before real estate, Jossef’s career spanned outdoor education, restaurant management, and wine sales – industries that taught him how to lead, listen, and connect with people from all walks of life. His time working with at-risk youth in Cape Cod still shapes how he shows up today: with empathy, encouragement, and a drive to help others succeed. After eight years as a wine rep in the Charlottesville area, he realized that real estate offered the ultimate opportunity to serve – combining his knowledge of the region with his passion for customer experience. Since then, he has become a seasoned veteran in the industry and always looks for ways to improve himself and how he provides value for his clients, having picked up Graduate Realtor Institute GRI, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certifications.

Outside The Office

Jossef lives at Lake Monticello with his golden retriever, Dakota – his loyal companion and co-adventurer. He’s a familiar face at local tennis courts (active in both USTA and PATA leagues), wineries, and community events. An avid scuba diver and outdoor enthusiast, Jossef finds joy in kayaking, hiking, camping, and just about anything that gets him moving. He also gives back through volunteer diving with the local Water Rescue Team and stays actively involved in the local real estate community through YPN and MLS leadership groups. For Jossef, real estate isn’t just about the transaction – it’s about building lasting relationships and helping people move forward with confidence.
