From sourcing distressed properties to managing complex rehab projects, he’s been hands-on in every stage of the investment process. Licensed since 2014, John has personally sold more than $25 million in residential real estate – always with an investor’s mindset and a coach’s heart.
Beyond the numbers, John thrives on helping people make smart, confident moves. He’s especially passionate about guiding clients through renovations, new construction, and value-driven purchases – drawing on his contractor’s license and years of hands-on experience in the field. Outside of real estate, John is a proud dad and youth sports coach, often found leading championship flag football or soccer teams with the same energy and dedication he brings to his clients.
